Trainee Mortgage Adviser - CeMAP Ready, Full Training

Just Mortgages invites motivated individuals to join the JM Academy as Mortgage and Protection Advisers. The programme begins with a four-week training path in Swindon, backed by the Learning & Development team to build on-the-job coaching and industry knowledge.

You will be supported through a training package worth £500 per month for six months, with a fully uncapped commission scheme and potential to achieve £35,000-£40,000 OTE annually. A CeMAP 1 qualification is required to proceed.
