Bar Supervisor - Full Time Smith & Western - American Family-Friendly Restaurant

Smith & Western is looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our friendly, fast-paced team. We're an American-themed, family-friendly restaurant known for great service, lively atmosphere, and quality food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and organising bar rotas to ensure smooth daily operations
• Counting, monitoring, and maintaining accurate liquor stock levels
• Ordering bar stock and produce in line with business needs
• Supporting and leading the bar team during service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer service
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations

About You

• Previous bartending experience is essential
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• A positive, hands on approach to leadership
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
