The Retail Management Trainee Program is crafted to put young high potential profiles on the starting blocks for a successful retail career within FENDI. Working with the Retail Leaders (Department Manager, Operations Manager, In Store Marketing Manager, Assistant Store Manager), the Manager in Training will be equipped with a holistic view of the business to gain a 360 vision of the retail day to day management. Throughout a 2 year fast track career path, the Manager in Training will gain a leadership position to become a key player of Fendi's retail network, managing a sales team and driving the business with a forward thinking mindset in line with Fendi's vision.
What is about?Your path
You will deep dive into the Fendi Retail organization by experiencing a two assignment path:
First assignment - 12 months: Based in your home country, you will shadow a department manager and take the first steps within the retail environment: sales, after sales, clienteling, team management, morning briefings, stock management, back of house operations, and visual merchandising. You will also have the opportunity to rotate after 6 months in another store (resort, outlet, department store).
Second assignment - 12 months: This assignment will offer the opportunity to experience mobility in another country. As Department Manager in training, you will deep dive into a department store to experience the speed and complexity of this environment. Therefore, you will unlock your full potential on the leadership perspective to inspire your team.

All along the 2 year program you will:
- Be closely followed by the Development HR Department, Line Managers and Retail Managers
- Take part in dedicated trainings and talks to develop your soft and hard skills
