About the roleThe successful candidate will gain hands-on training and experience across IT systems and cybersecurity, including:
- Monitoring and supporting IT systems
- Implementing and promoting cybersecurity best practice
- Managing user accounts and permissions
- Supporting network and server maintenance
- Database and asset management
- Providing first-line IT and cybersecurity support to teams worldwide
You will report directly to the IT Operations & Security Manager and will be supported in building your technical expertise and professional development.

Required Criteria- A valid full UK driving license
- A self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Demonstrate some knowledge around IT
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rota if required
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Third-level qualification in IT, computing, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, or a technical placement
