• - Ability to problem-solve
• - Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and posses excellent communication skills
• - Valid UK Driving license
• - Committed to working on the weekend

The role of a Sales Negotiator

• - You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
• - Registering new applicants
• - Negotiate offers between the Vendor and Buyer
• - Generate new business and new clients
• - Book Valuation appointments

Package on offer (open to negotiating based upon experience)

• - £20,000 Basic salary
• - Car Allowance
• - 10% commission structure that rises to 20%
• - 3 month guaranteed salary
