Trainee Contracts Supervisor: Training & Progression

Build Recruitment is seeking a motivated Trainee Contracts Supervisor to support an experienced Contracts Manager with void and planned maintenance work on social housing. Full training and a clear progression route are provided.

You'll work alongside an established manager, gaining practical experience in inspections, quality control, contractor management and resident liaison. This role offers hands-on learning from day one.
