Traffic Manager (Turkish Market)

Our Partner is looking for a Traffic Manager for the Turkish casino and sports betting brand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Traffic Manager to work on the Turkish iGaming market. This role offers interesting challenges and opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate will handle all tasks related to the Turkish market, including creating links, managing postbacks, following updates, communicating with partners, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and test reliable new traffic sources;
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize active traffic sources daily;
• Prepare monthly reports with transaction details and network analysis;
• Maintain ongoing communication with traffic sources and optimize campaigns;
• Meet set KPIs through reporting and analysis.

Ideal Profile:

• Over one year of experience as a Traffic Manager;
• Basic understanding of marketing terms like CPA, CPL, CPM;
• Upper-intermediate Turkish language skills;
• Proficiency in English or Russian (written and spoken);
• Willingness to participate in international business trips;
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment;
• Experience with affiliate systems;
• Strong analytical skills to handle large traffic data;
• Excellent communication skills with partners;
• Experience in fintech projects is a plus.
