Trading Team Manager Designate role across Athlone & Galway

Join us as a Trading Team Manager and you will be pivotal in driving commercial delivery of the sales floor and coaching colleagues to fulfil B&Q's ambition to make every customer count.

As a designate manager, you'll spend 3 6 months working across a cluster of stores (Athlone & Galway), receiving management training in various store formats before being placed into your own department or store. The role requires flexibility and travel to support store operations.
