Job Description

TRADE & INSTALLATION OPPORTUNITIES - SERVICE LEAVERS/VETERANS/RESERVISTS

Do you have hands-on trade or engineering experience from your time in service?

We're interested in hearing from Service Leavers, Veterans and Armed Forces Reservists with backgrounds such as:

  • Royal Engineers (carpentry, construction, plant, utilities)

  • REME (mechanical, fitting, installation, fault-finding)

  • RAF engineering trades

  • Royal Navy or Marine engineering

  • Combat engineers or artisan trades

  • Logistics roles with practical installation experience

Experience that may be relevant includes:

  • Fitting, installation or assembly work

  • Use of hand and power tools

  • Reading drawings or following specifications

  • Working to quality and safety standards

  • Problem-solving and fault-finding

Service leavers looking to retrain into a trade are also welcome.
Reservists with a civilian trade background are particularly suited.
