Overview

Fast growing independent with 6 national offices are seeking a Trades & Labour Recruiter with 12 months plus experience to join their new Stratford-upon-Avon branch.

Role and environment

The role would suit a confident self-starter with an "it's my business" attitude that would relish the autonomy of running a desk without micro-management and restrictive KPIs within an enthusiastic, grown-up environment. Delivery and Administration support will be provided.

Salary and incentives

Salary £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Benefits + Commission Structure that Rewards High Billers
