Trade Mark Attorney (3-4Y PQE)

We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a qualified Trade Mark Attorney with around 3-4 years' post-qualification experience to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career within a highly regarded and commercially focused practice.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of UK and international trade mark matters, advising on clearance, filing and prosecution strategy, handling objections and oppositions, coordinating with overseas counsel, and supporting on contentious and enforcement work. The role offers genuine responsibility alongside continued development within a supportive team environment.

This position would suit someone ambitious, detail-oriented and keen to broaden their expertise while building long-term client relationships.
