We are hiring a Trade Business Development Manager at B&Q in Poole, Dorset. You will own and grow a portfolio of TradePoint members, generating demand and developing long-term trade relationships to deliver sustainable sales and margin growth.

You will act as a trusted partner to trade customers, combining sales discipline with market insight. Open to Job Share, Full Time or Part Time - Permanent, with a competitive salary and quarterly bonus up to 20% OTE.
