Trade Centre Manager

Location: Evesham (with oversight of Cotswolds site). Full-time. Salary £50k 60k + company car + performance bonus. Monday-Friday hours. Free parking.

• Full P&L ownership for the flagship Evesham centre; oversight of the Cotswolds site.
• Senior leadership role working closely with the GM and Commercial Director.
• No weekend work - Monday Friday only.

About the Company

Our client is a well established trade super centre in Evesham with an additional Cotswolds site. We supply a wide range of building products to trade and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Evesham team; provide on site leadership.
• Own the P&L; drive sales, margin and profit growth.
• Manage day to day operations: stock, merchandising, H&S, order fulfilment.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers and grow accounts.
• Oversee the Cotswolds centre; provide guidance to its manager.
• Deliver regular performance updates to senior directors.

Must Haves

• Proven branch/depot manager experience in a trade or similar environment.
• Strong people management, coaching and performance handling.
• Commercial awareness - comfortable with P&L, margin, pricing.
• Experience servicing trade customers and building relationships.
• Track record of improving sales, profit and service.
• High organisational ability, balancing operational and strategic tasks.

Nice to have but not essential

• Experience in windows, doors, roofing or home improvement products.
• Multi site responsibility or support for more than one location.
