Toys & Nursery Buying Lead - Strategy & Growth

Argos, part of the Sainsbury's group, is looking for a Head of Buying, Toys and Nursery to set the long-term category strategy and lead a multi-level buying team. You will shape customer-led ranges, drive pricing and promotions, and manage supplier partnerships across global brands and own-brand ranges.

You will report to the Buying Director and influence decisions across Technical, Product Development, Design, Digital, Marketing, Retail, Finance and Supply Chain.
