We are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Toyota Motor Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team.

About the RoleAs a Toyota Technician, you'll be working with an experienced team in a fast-paced, high-standard workshop. You'll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles in line with Toyota manufacturer standards and dealership expectations.
This is a hands-on role with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approach
- Carry out servicing and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership guidelines
- Work efficiently from job cards, ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork
- Perform vehicle health checks and notify the service team of any additional work required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to workshop policies
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity targets
- Support and uphold Toyota's core values:

- Fully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota trained preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
- Full, valid driver's licence
- IT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems
- A team player who also works well independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Capable of working efficiently in a busy environment
- Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willing to learn and adapt to Toyota's continuous improvement culture
