We are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Toyota Motor Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team.

About the Role

As a Toyota Technician, you'll be working with an experienced team in a fast-paced, high-standard workshop. You'll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles in line with Toyota manufacturer standards and dealership expectations.

This is a hands-on role with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approach
• Carry out servicing and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership guidelines
• Work efficiently from job cards, ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork
• Perform vehicle health checks and notify the service team of any additional work required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to workshop policies
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity targets

Who We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience

• Fully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota trained preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
• Full, valid driver's licence
• IT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems
• A team player who also works well independently
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Capable of working efficiently in a busy environment
• Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Willing to learn and adapt to Toyota's continuous improvement culture
