Job Description

Salary: from £25,000 base, with £30,000 guaranteed in the first 12 months. £40,000 OTE. Must Have: A Full UK Driving License and at least 2 years previous experience in automotive service.

Responsibilities

Customers spend more time with Service than Sales, making the Service Advisor a key customer facing role. You'll build long term relationships, manage the service journey end to end, and represent the Toyota brand while resolving customer needs. Deliver exceptional aftersales customer care, building rapport to understand needs and guide customers to the right products and services. Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination, and ensure a seamless end to end service experience. Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in this role is essential.
  • A proven high level of customer service skills, and enjoyment in working with the people.
  • Previous experience of working in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
  • Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can do attitude.
  • Able to multi task and switch between tasks whilst remaining organised.
  • A team player who offers help and support to others.
  • Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
  • Thrives in a high pressured environment.
  • A Full UK Driving License and at least 2 years previous experience in automotive service.
