Overview

Job Title: Town Planning Team Leader
Location: Bristol
Salary: £48,000 - £54,000

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of planners in the Bristol office.
• Manage key client accounts and take ownership of exciting and diverse projects.
• Remain hands-on with project delivery while ensuring the highest standards are met.
• Step up to leadership for candidates currently at Principal Planner or established Associate level seeking management experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
• Strong experience in UK town planning, ideally within consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
