Job Summary

We are seeking seasonal Tour Guides for the House of Waterford who are enthusiastic and can provide engaging tours for our visitors. The ideal candidate will have passion to deliver the Waterford story and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Deliver the Waterford brand story with passion to all visitors
• Conduct tours for small and large groups, accommodating visitors from many countries

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong public speaking skills
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the local area, including its history, culture, and key attractions
• Ability to manage groups of varying sizes and adapt to different audiences
• Flexible schedule, availability on weekends and evenings if needed

Additional Requirements

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
• Fully flexible to work 5 days per week, Monday - Sunday
