Location: Masham, North Yorkshire
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Hours: 14 hours per week, Fridays and Sundays, 10:30-17:30

We're looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Tour Guide to bring our story to life and deliver unforgettable experiences for visitors from near and far.
About the Role
As the face of Black Sheep Brewery, you'll guide guests behind the scenes, share the secrets of our famous beers, and immerse them in the history, flavour, and fun of Yorkshire brewing.
Responsibilities
- Leading entertaining and informative brewery tours for groups of all sizes
- Sharing the history, heritage, and brewing process in an engaging way
- Hosting beer tastings and helping visitors explore flavour and aroma
- Providing excellent customer service in the visitor centre, shop, and bar
- Supporting events and brewery experiences when needed
About You
- Confident, engaging communicator
- Passionate about beer and Yorkshire heritage
- Reliable and able to work Fridays and Sundays (10:30-17:30)
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills
- Hospitality, tourism, or public speaking experience helpful (training provided)
