Total Rewards Analyst: UK & Ireland, Global COE

KFC Corporation is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation and benefits programs with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland markets.

As part of the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence, the role blends analytics, process execution, and project exposure to keep rewards practices competitive and compliant.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners to help shape country, regional and global Total Rewards transformation.
