We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the delivery and continuous evolution of compensation and benefits programs, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland markets.
As part of the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), this role combines operational execution, analytics, and project exposure. You will help ensure that compensation and benefits practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements-including EU Pay Transparency initiatives.
This position offers a strong development opportunity for a professional seeking to deepen expertise in Total Rewards within a global organization supporting our iconic brands - Yum!, KFC, and Taco Bell.
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external partners while contributing to country, regional and global transformation initiatives shaping the future of Total Rewards.
