Tool & Die Apprentice: Hands-On Journeyperson Path

American Trim invites applicants to join a State-Certified Apprentice Program to become a Registered Journeyperson in Tool and Die. The apprenticeship combines in house classroom training, hands on lab work, and on the job experience under the supervision of the Tool & Die Supervisor.

Apprentices will learn to build, repair, and replace tooling for various machines, while upholding safety and process standards. The program emphasizes precision, blueprint reading, and teamwork across shifts.
