Tokenisation Growth Lead for TradFi & Crypto Markets

DRW is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly-driven Business Development Lead to grow our tokenised trading business within the Global Delta One team. You will sit at the intersection between tradfi and blockchain technology, identifying and developing opportunities with the trading team.

Role requires 3+ years in BD/strategy, deep TradFi and crypto knowledge, and a track record of launching new products or revenue streams. Autonomy and strong commercial talent are essential.
