TOC Surveillance Lead - Data-Driven Ops

BT Group is seeking a Mobile Technical Operations Centre Team Lead in Bristol to drive standardised operational practices and governance across TOC Surveillance. You will lead KPI-driven performance, support automation and AI-assisted operations, and coordinate across operations, engineering, automation and transformation teams to deliver reliable services.

The role focuses on evolving toward Data Driven Operations and Next Generation Operations, building a proactive, resilient operational model
