TOC Assurance Manager - Nuclear & Major Projects

Sizewell C Company seeks a senior TOC Assurance Manager to establish an autonomous CWA TOC capability. You will govern major package submissions, drive evidence-based assurance, and align TOC with the SZC baseline and budget across complex interfaces.

You will lead governance, challenge senior leaders constructively, and chair weekly readiness reviews while coordinating with Project Controls, Commercial, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure robust, verifiable TOC submissions.
