TLT Administration Officer

The post holder will play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth running of the Trusts day to day operations at the facility. The head office hosts regular executive and operational meetings, trust training days, conferences and workshops. There are plans to increase the scope of the training provided at this venue and potential to increase external income from additional lettings and meeting space income.
Responsibilities- Have excellent organisational and IT skills
- Be personable, welcoming and able to juggle & prioritise multiple tasks at once
- Have events management experience and potential to increase sales and bookings in this area
- Have experience in a similar environment and ideally have an understanding of the education sector
- Be diligent, efficient, discrete and accurate in all aspects of their work
- Be required to apply for a DBS disclosure

This role will be able to include some flexibility over working hours and patterns.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a current driver's licence.
