Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Recruitment Team on a 6 month fixed term basis. This post would be particularly suitable as a secondment opportunity; however, applicants must ensure they have the appropriate approval from their current line manager prior to applying. Please note that this post is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a high quality, customer focused recruitment administration service.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective recruitment of staff to the organisation.
  • Promote fair, consistent, and inclusive recruitment practices.
Qualifications
  • Educated to SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or able to demonstrate equivalent experience gained within a similar office based, customer focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Well developed IT skills and an understanding of recruitment processes and the operation of a recruitment office.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet challenging deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in supporting fair and effective recruitment.
Additional Information For Candidates

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
