This role focuses on coordinating technical teams, driving automation-first infrastructure delivery, and ensuring that project milestones, service levels, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met. The individual will act as a key point of contact across teams, supporting delivery excellence while mentoring team members and contributing to their career development.What you'll doPlan, organise and lead project activities to ensure successful delivery aligned with defined objectives and timelinesOversee project scope, ensuring all activities are clearly defined, prioritised and executed effectivelyMonitor progress, manage risks and implement adjustments to ensure successful project completionCoordinate and balance team workloads to meet delivery priorities and agreed SLAsAct as a single point of contact between stakeholders, product owners and technical teamsSupport early design phases and provide input before formal change processes commenceMaintain clear and structured communication, ensuring alignment across all involved stakeholdersDocument and report project status, progress and outcomes to senior managementDefine project KPIs and regularly review deliverables to ensure quality standards are metEnsure compliance with internal processes, ITIL practices and industry standardsIdentify, assess and manage risks, including preparing mitigation and contingency plansWho you areProven experience in leading technical teams within infrastructure or software delivery environmentsStrong knowledge of Angular, SCSS and RxJSHands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, high availability and disaster recovery solutionsSolid understanding of microservices architecture and service boundariesExperience with data processing, analytics and data warehousing conceptsProficiency in at least two programming or scripting languages such as Python (Django preferred), SQL, Java or LinuxStrong expertise in User Access Management (RBAC, ABAC) and secure-by-design principlesFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and on-premise architecturesStrong background in IT delivery management and infrastructure implementationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teamsExperience working in international environments within the telecommunications industryFluency in EnglishNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
