BSW Group in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own a busy timber production site, driving safety, quality, cost and performance. You will lead from the front, delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will manage teams, oversee planning and procurement, and embed standard operating procedures while building capability and succession across the site.
