Timber-Frame Site Manager: Lead 75-Unit Residential Build

Fawkes and Reece is recruiting a Site Manager to lead a 75-unit timber frame development in the Surrey Hills. You will take ownership of site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining NHBC compliance and ensuring high standards throughout the build.

You will work alongside an experienced visiting Contracts Manager, drive safety and organisation on site, and lead a culture of professionalism to handover quality homes on schedule.
