Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators' e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach.
• Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams-including Category, Product, Legal-to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth.
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in E-commerce strategy and analytical work.
• Excellent in SQL, and other analysis tools.
• Experience working with data to analyse and track performance metrics.
• Proven ability to work cross functionally with global teams to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok, major affiliate programs, and E commerce platforms; experience in content driven e commerce is highly desirable.
• Existing relationships with creators and talent agencies are a strong advantage.
• Experience or understanding of live streaming is beneficial.
