Job Description
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Asa Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will play a key role in delivering aseamless and positive travel experience.

Youwill support all aspects of airport customer service operations that includebut are not limited to oversight check-in, gate, ticketing, baggage services,connecting/reroute handling and flight turnaround coordination, while ensuringsafety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Job Summary
  • Deliverexceptional customer service and represent Delta with professionalism
  • Supportcheck-in, boarding, and gate operations, including ticketing andreservations
  • Coordinate withbusiness partners to ensure efficient flight turnaround and on-timedepartures
  • Assist customerswith rebooking, connections, lost and found, baggage services, and generalinquiries
  • Monitoroperations to ensure compliance with safety, security, and servicestandards
  • Supportadministrative tasks (reports, audits, cost control, and documentation)
  • Maintaineffective communication with Delta leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Promote andassist customers with airport technology solutions
  • This job alsorequires occasionally lifting bags or items weighing between 50 and 70pounds.
  • Additional tasksmay be required based on operational and business demands.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
  • 1-2 years ofexperience in Airport Customer Service (Above Wing), airline or groundhandling environment.
  • Must havepermanent valid authorization to live and work in the EU (including Ireland)at the time of application. Delta does not provide visa sponsorship forthis role.
  • Fluent inEnglish (written and oral).
  • Candidates mustbe eligible to live and work in Ireland.
  • Demonstratesexpertise in operations and strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Embraces diversepeople, thinking, and styles.
  • Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Must have theflexibility to work in an operation with varying shifts, extended hours,and "on call" requirements.
  • Valid Ireland driver's license.
  • Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
  • Must beapproachable and possess interpersonal skills that foster trust andrespect.
  • Ready to manageconflict and resolve problems effectively.
  • Must beperforming satisfactorily in current position.
  • High schooldiploma or equivalent.
