Ticket Office Team Leader - Stellar Customer Service

Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service at our stations in the local area. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right tickets and ensuring a smooth journey.

You'll work in the Ticket Office, meet the needs of both new and regular travellers, handle peak periods, and participate in ongoing training to progress within the team. Holds independence for early shifts and weekend work.
