Thrive Education & Activity Assistant

SWRAC is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Thrive project, helping deliver education and activity-based learning for young adults with special educational needs. You will support learners with patience and dedication at the Winton Centre, contributing to independence and social development.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our Winton Centre in the United Kingdom, and requires the ability to provide low-level personal care and maintain a supportive, humorous approach.
