Therapy Associate Practitioner: Flexible Community Rehab

NHS is providing a fantastic opportunity for three Band 4 Therapy Associate Practitioners to join the Neighborhood Rehabilitation Pathway across East Cheshire. The successful applicants will work flexibly and support colleagues across various locations, including Macclesfield and Knutsford.

This role focuses on enabling patients to regain independence following hospital discharge, and candidates should have relevant experience as therapy assistants. The position offers competitive salaries ranging from £28,392 to £31,157 per annum, pro rata.
