Therapeutic Team Leader - Impactful Supported Living

Elevate Supported Living is seeking a Therapeutic Team Leader to support our expanding services and to drive high-quality, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure safeguarding and trauma-informed practices are applied across services.

The role involves on-site management, on-call responsiveness, and collaborating with the leadership team to uphold Elevate's core values and service standards.
