Therapeutic Residential Care Worker - Outdoor Adventures

New Reflexions in Cumbria is seeking a Children's Residential Care Worker to provide therapeutic care and support to children and young people in short-term residential placements, helping them feel safe, respected and supported.

The role includes delivering outdoor and activity-based experiences, coordinating with clinical and education teams, maintaining records and working on a 3-on/6-off rota with sleep-ins. Salary is £33,522-£34,320 per annum with overtime available.
