Action for Children are seeking a Team Leader (Deputy Manager) to join Willow Lodge, a therapeutic residential home for young people aged 15-16 with EBD. The role is based at Willow Lodge with a salary of £18.77 per hour for a 37-hour week, 09:00-17:00, long-term booking.

Responsibilities include leading the care team, overseeing care plans and risk assessments, and promoting positive outcomes while ensuring safeguarding standards. Team Teach training is desirable.
