Therapeutic Residential Care Mentor (Full-time)

A specialized residential support organization based in Hailsham is seeking a Care Mentor to provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The role involves supporting daily routines, building trusting relationships through a therapeutic approach, and collaborating with educational teams. Candidates should have experience with SEMH and/or ASD, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a caring, resilient approach.
