Therapeutic Pastoral Lead: Transforming SEMH Futures

Compass Community Schools is seeking a Therapeutic Pastoral Lead to take a holistic approach in a trauma-informed setting. You will support students with social, emotional and mental health needs, lead intervention groups, and work within the leadership team to promote therapeutic practice.
