Therapeutic Children's Residential Supervisor (QCF3)

Whitetrees Group in Essex is seeking a Qualified Children's Residential Support Worker to join our on-site team. This permanent, full-time role requires a Level 3 QCF qualification and experience in a children's residential setting.

You will provide primary basic care, maintain thorough paperwork, supervise staff, review care plans and risk assessments, liaise with schools and social services, and help organize house operations and shifts.
