Keys Group in Sudbury is seeking a Registered Manager for a 4-bed EBD children's home. You will lead a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

You will work with clinical and specialist advisors and manage safeguarding, quality, and budgets. A Level 5 management qualification and a driving licence are required, with opportunities for career progression within the Keys Group.
