Therapeutic Children's Homes Team Leader

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Children's Residential Team Leader to guide a home of 4 bedrooms and one established child. You will lead a daytime team, ensure safety and wellbeing, and uphold their therapeutic care model to support children's growth and stability.

You will work 40 hours weekly, including weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on developing staff and maintaining high care standards in a supportive, values-driven environment.
