Therapeutic Children's Home Team Leader

YMCA Robin Hood Group in Goole is seeking a Children's Residential Team Leader to safeguard and support looked-after children within a 4-bedroom home. You will lead daytime staff, ensure safety, and follow our therapeutic model to keep children calm and secure.

This role requires resilience, calmness, genuine care, confidence, flexibility, a valid UK driving licence, and an enhanced DBS check. You'll help maintain OFSTED standards and contribute to a nurturing, stable home environment.
