Therapeutic Children's Home Manager - Learning Disabilities

Family Care Group is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 2-bed children's residential home in Leominster, Herefordshire, supporting children with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will lead a compassionate team, delivering therapeutic, child-centred care in a compliant setting.

You will champion trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and high-quality care planning, working with multidisciplinary professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes and regulatory compliance.
