THE COMPANY: This company exclusive supplier of niche medical devices is experiencing a period of tremendous growth having trebled revenue in the last 6 years and added new employees in each of the last 8. As an exclusive supplier for a range of leading visualisation and surgical equipment, they're very well-placed to continue their rapid growth and give successful employees exciting future opportunities.
THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device salesperson to sell technical medical equipment and benefit from an extremely generous commission scheme. You will sell a range of innovative ENT surgery equipment, devices and consumables to NHS and private hospitals throughout London. You will deal with clinical end users such as consultants, registrars, and nurses, as well as procurement and finance managers. You will take over an established area that has huge growth potential!
PROGRESSION: This is a company that loves to reward high performers and promote from within! All of the management team, including the MD, began their careers with the company as Territory Managers!
REQUIREMENTS
Medical devices sales experience or
A theatre nurse looking to move into sales
Commercially aware and entrepreneurial mindset.
A motivated, and hard-working attitude with a growth mindset
Ambitious and career driven
The Package for the Territory Manager:
Basic: £40,000 to £55,000
Bonus: £25 - 30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
Car: Fully expensed company car
Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 20 days holiday rising by 1 each year + stats, health insurance, death in service.
