Theatre Manager: Lead & Elevate Patient Care

The Montefiore Hospital, part of Spire Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to lead a busy theatre department on a full-time, permanent basis in Hove, East Sussex. You will provide clinical and managerial leadership, drive governance and risk management, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding patient care and achieve KPI targets within the hospital strategy.

HCPC or NMC registration, strong orthopaedic experience, and a proven track record in theatre
