Job Description

The Churchill Theatre in Bromley, operated by Trafalgar Entertainment, is seeking a Deputy Customer Experience Manager. This part time role (32 hours per week) leads Front of House operations, drives service excellence and supports team development to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will ensure safety compliance, manage daily activities, and contribute to the venue's commercial success. Salary £28,000 per annum.
