Theatre Facilities Manager - Estate & Services

The Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead our facilities services across the estate, ensuring buildings remain safe, secure, compliant and fit for purpose for colleagues, artists, audiences and partners.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead a customer-focused facilities team, drive service improvements, manage budgets and oversee projects to keep venues operating seamlessly.
