As Commis Chef, you will be an important part of our kitchen brigade, supporting the delivery of high-quality food across our restaurant, events, conferences, and banqueting operations. Working closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation whilst developing your culinary skills in a busy hotel environment. You will help maintain excellent standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to further develop their career within a professional hotel kitchen, gaining experience across multiple areas of food service while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for food and hospitality who is eager to develop their culinary skills within a busy hotel kitchen. Whether you're already working in a kitchen environment, studying catering or hospitality at college, or looking to build a long-term career as a chef, we'd love to hear from you. You should have:

Previous kitchen experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate.
